Local Artist, Maria Porter studied painting while working toward a degree in drama at the University of Washington in Seattle. As a young child her favorite school class was art. As a young adult, she loves painting with bright, clear acrylic colors.
Maria enjoys working with seniors and holds an Activities Director position where among other duties, she shares her passion for the arts. Whether leading a watercolor session, playing the piano, or entertaining, this multi-talented artist is an inspiration to all who believe - we are never too old to play.
